Brickie's Mate - Opertaional Description
Each pair of common frames pin together to form a base 1500mm by 900mm by 625mm high.
Assembly takes just 30 seconds and then further bases can be assembled to form a platform system that is both very stable and versatile.
As you will see from the pictures Brickies-Mate is a professionals Lego set. It gets you to where you need to be fast, effectively and without busting your budget.
Once you have the basic system you can add more bases as your needs and budget dictate. Each base folds totally flat for ease of storage and transportation.
Technical Description
The starter system is supplied with four bases and a set of safety gates with fixed toeboards allowing you to erect a 6 metre* long system by 625mm high or 3 metre long system 1250mm high using your own standard scaffold boards.
Furthermore, with the addition of braked castors and a trapdoor platform your Brickie’s-Mate can be transformed into a 2 metre high mobile tower for very little cost.
*Requires 1 additional safety gate.
Technical Description
The system is designed to accept your own scaffold boards, four wide for ease of loading-out and either in lengths of 3 or 3.9 metres.
Brickie’s-Mate will cope with either inside or outside corners with ease and is rock-steady in all level situations.
A comprehensive range of low cost accessories is available from stock.
Construction is from ERW fully welded steel with a quality powder coating.
Toe-boards are 9mm marine grade treated ply permanently fitted to the safety gates.
Vertical joiners are manufactured from machined Nylon.
